The birds made our Halloween costumes. We went as naturalists collecting specimens in the jungle. I touched up the eyes and faces to make them more realistic, but they were so well made and sturdy...great quality. The wings and tail are removable for packing and storage but are held tight by the velcro when assembled. They are expensive but definitely worth the cost! I held one, sewed one onto my hat, and sewed another onto my husband's safari jacket.
