    I bought two of the vases for a table display for a memorial service and add river rocks and moss and branches in them and they sat on each end of the table with the urn between them surrounded by candles and small bud vases with flowers in them and the family and everyone loved how they looked and I loved how they turned out. The vases added such a touch of elegance to the memorial table.

    I had spoken with one of the customer service agents after my purchase to find out how the vases would be wrapped and packaged before shipping and she explained to me their methods on how they wrap and package and box any glassware and that they make sure that the boxes are labeled fragile glass on the outside of the box so it is known for them to be handled extra careful during shipping. That was key for me and made me feel even more comfortable.

    When the box arrived, I was so impressed with not only how it the box was taped and labeled but once I opened it I was even more impressed by how each vase was wrapped in bubble wrap and extra paper and inside cardboard boxes within the bigger box so that they were protected. With the bags of moss protected as well.

    They arrived in perfect condition and in a prompt time period so that I was able to create them for the table arrangement so that they added more elegance to an already lovely memorial service.

    I will most definitely be buying from this company again in the future.
